Why get outside?  I don't know about you, but my best ideas have always come to me when outdoors and moving my body, not surrounded by fluorescent lighting and 4 walls with my back to the window. You're probably thinking “Sounds great, but how will I take notes or remember what we talked about?” Our heart pounding, inspiring sessions will be recorded and ready for replay if needed. Plus, I’ll send you the key ideas and follow ups via email.

Tell me about the shower effect. After you workout, you shower right? Well, at least most of the time... Anyway the shower is the perfect time to reflect on our discussion. Keep a journal nearby after your shower. You are going to want to jot down some ideas after the fact. 

When we are in need of sitting down and doing some brainstorming, we will do a 5 minute warm up, then hit the white board. 

If walking and talking is totally not for you? No worries. Meeting over the phone, via videoconference or in person at your office or a local coffee shop is always an option.
